The source headers, LICENSE files, and license metadata had drifted
apart. Align the entire project to MIT:
- Convert every source-file header to the MIT text across all comment
styles (Go, TS, TSX, JS, MJS, SQL, CSS, GraphQL, shell), including
SPDX-License-Identifier tags
- Set the root and cookie-banner LICENSE files to the MIT text with a
"MIT License" title line
- Switch the package.json license fields, Docker image label, and
cookie-banner README to MIT
- Update docs and the genmodels header generator accordingly
- Normalize copyright lines to a single format
(Copyright (c) <year(s)> Probo Inc <hello@probo.com>.): unify the
hello@getprobo.com and hello@probo.inc emails to hello@probo.com and
the comma-separated years to a hyphenated range
Genuine third-party references are intentionally left untouched: the
Lucide icon attributions (Lucide is ISC) and the trivy dependency
license allowlist.

Address the review comments on the subprocessors work:
- Reject invalid category/country filter values in the Subprocessors
resolver with an INVALID error instead of relying solely on transport
coercion, so a malformed request fails fast and explicitly.
- Use pgx.StrictNamedArgs in the new distinct facet queries so missing
or extra SQL placeholders stay detectable, matching sibling queries.
- Default a nil ThirdPartyFilter at the service boundary to avoid a nil
dereference in the coredata list/count paths.
- Expose the category group label as an aria heading for assistive tech.
- Add the missing space in the Select "Selected:" story label.

The subprocessors toolbar derived its category and region filter
options client-side from a second, unfiltered subprocessors(first: 250)
fetch, shipping up to 250 rows purely to compute two small facet sets
and silently capping the options at that limit.
Expose subprocessorCategories and subprocessorCountries on TrustCenter,
each backed by a DISTINCT query over the organization's third parties
scoped to show_on_trust_center, and read them directly in the toolbar.
The page now issues one filtered list query plus two tiny arrays, and
the options only ever include values that can actually return results.

Unbounded LoadAll* loaders materialised an entire result set in one
query with no ceiling. A table that is small in development can grow
without bound in production, so these loaders were a latent memory
and query-time hazard.
Remove the LoadAll* methods from pkg/coredata and walk the cursor-
paginated LoadBy* siblings instead through a shared page.LoadAll
helper. The helper advances a MaxCursorSize forward cursor until the
result set is exhausted and concatenates the pages. It caps a single
call at MaxLoadAllPages (20) batches of 500 rows and errors past that
rather than materialising an unbounded set, so a runaway caller fails
loudly instead of exhausting memory.
Callers that genuinely need every row now express that explicitly,
and the coredata load-naming rule and docs are updated to discourage
new unbounded loaders.

Replace the many-to-many junction table with a direct
parent_third_party_id foreign key on third_parties. Each
sub-third-party now belongs to exactly one parent, making
duplicates across parents independent entities.
Replace the firstLevel boolean with an integer level field
(1 = direct, 2+ = parent level + 1) to support arbitrary
nesting depth.
Remove the createThirdPartyThirdPartyMapping and
deleteThirdPartyThirdPartyMapping mutations, the CLI
link/unlink commands, and the corresponding MCP tools.
Creating a child third party now just requires passing
parentThirdPartyId on the existing createThirdParty mutation.
The frontend walks the parentThirdParty chain to build
display names like "Name (Ancestor1/Ancestor2)" and shows
clickable ancestor links on the detail page.

Queue vetting on third_parties with PENDING, PROCESSING,
COMPLETED, and FAILED states. Expose enqueue and status through
GraphQL, MCP, CLI, and n8n, validate vet requests, tune the
worker via config, and poll the detail page while vetting runs.

Sibling matching is an org-local co-occurrence signal: two patterns
served from the same origin on one banner are likely the same vendor,
even when that origin is the site's own (first-party) host. First-party
filtering only protects the global catalog (domain) match, where a
proxied tracker would otherwise hit the site owner's own entry. It now
runs solely before matchByDomain, so matchBySiblingOrigin sees the
unfiltered domains and promotion happens for patterns detected on the
banner's own origin.
Resolve the sibling's direct org third party and its catalog third party
as independent signals, so a single shared org third party no longer
short-circuits the common-pattern backfill.
Make the shared test fixtures unique per tenant: common_third_parties
and common_tracker_patterns are global with unique indexes, so parallel
tests previously collided on name, slug, and pattern. Also align the
sibling tests' stored initiator domains with production, which records
the eTLD+1.

Manual moves of a non-extension TrackerPattern lacking a ThirdPartyID
now request mapping, which the tracker-mapping worker resolves with a
four-stage pipeline: exact common_third_party_id link, heuristic
ranking, agent disambiguation, and finally CreateFromCommon. Existing
fuzzy-matched org rows are tagged with common_third_party_id so the
next promotion takes the O(1) exact-link path.
The matching primitives live in pkg/thirdparty (RankCandidates,
LinkToCommon, CreateFromCommon, ScoredCandidate, threshold constants)
so the disambiguation agent and the heuristic share one candidate
type. Cookiebanner orchestrates them; cookie-banner-specific concerns
(pattern -> common-pattern -> common-party navigation, the EXTENSION
gate, and structured logs) stay in the worker.

Add a many-to-many relationship between measures and third parties,
surfaced as a measures tab on the third party detail page and a third
parties tab on the measure detail page. Each side gets a paginated
list with a link/unlink dialog.
Also remove the right-hand drawer on the measure detail page and
expose the state as a badge in the page header, mirroring how the
compliance page surfaces its active flag.

Introduce a self-referential many-to-many relation table so a
third party can have child third parties. Each relation is
directional (parent to child); both directions can coexist as
independent rows.
Add a first_level boolean on third_parties (default true) with
a filter on the list page that defaults to showing only
first-level third parties.
Frontend adds a "Third Parties" tab on the detail page where
users can link existing third parties or create new ones from
the common third party catalog (created as non-first-level).
The list page gets a First Level/All toggle filter.

Change AuthorizationAttributer.AuthorizationAttributes to take a slice
of resource ids and return policy.AttributesByID, so a single SQL
round-trip can load condition attributes for a whole batch. All
coredata implementations are migrated to a single
`WHERE id = ANY(@resource_ids::text[])` query that returns only the
rows it finds.
Authorizer gains:
- AuthorizeBatch — all-or-nothing across a homogeneous (same entity
type, same organization) resource set; rejects mixed entity types,
mixed organizations, and empty batches with structured errors.
- AuthorizeMulti — heterogeneous evaluation that returns one error
per item and writes audit log entries in a single bulk insert.
The single-resource Authorize is rewired to delegate to AuthorizeBatch
so all paths share the same condition evaluation and audit logging.
recordAuditLog is split into buildAuditLogEntry plus a batch insert.
Tests cover the new batch and multi paths, mixed/empty/unsupported
resource cases, audit log batching, and dry-run behaviour.

When neither pattern nor domain matching finds an existing common
tracker pattern, upsert one with no third party association and a
lower confidence (0.5) so every seen pattern is cataloged.
Also fix table name in LoadByOrganizationIDAndCommonThirdPartyID
(vendors -> third_parties).

- Escape single '%' instead of '%%' in LIKE pattern conversion so
literal percent signs are not treated as wildcards

deterministic LIMIT 1 selection

LoadByID and LoadByIDs used 4-space indentation and were missed
by the bulk column addition. The struct field existed but the
SELECT did not return it, causing pgx scan failures.

Poll-based worker that maps org-scoped tracker patterns to the
common knowledge base via pattern matching and domain-based
attribution. Populates initiator_domain on detected trackers
at report time. Resolves org-scoped vendors through the common
third party link.

The register/document model has fully replaced the snapshot system.
Delete every snapshot-scoped row and strip the application code that
referenced them: SnapshotID/SourceID struct fields, snapshot_id IS NULL
filters, snapshot columns from SELECT/INSERT statements and named args,
and the eight migrate-*-snapshots-to-documents one-shot tools.
The remaining snapshot_id / source_id columns, the snapshots and
controls_snapshots tables, the snapshots_type enum, and the
snapshot-scoped indexes are now unused; they are dropped in a follow-up
schema migration so this change can roll back cleanly without leaving
orphaned data.

Renames the user-facing 'vendor' concept to 'third party' across the
entire codebase. The shared common_third_parties reference table is
unchanged.
Migration. Renames the vendor_category enum, the vendors and
vendor_<entity> tables (contacts, services, compliance_reports,
business_associate_agreements, data_privacy_agreements,
risk_assessments) and their vendor_id columns, the asset_vendors /
data_vendors / processing_activity_vendors junction tables,
generated_documents.vendors_document_id, the webhook_event_type
'vendor:<verb>' values, and the snapshots_type 'VENDORS' value.
Backend. Renames coredata models and SQL queries, probo services,
GraphQL / MCP API surface, console / trust / webhook resolvers and
types, the CLI (prb vendor* -> prb third-party*; pkg/cmd/vendormgmt
-> pkg/cmd/thirdpartymgmt), the document generator, vetting agent
prompts, and the common-third-parties-import command.
Frontend, packages, n8n, e2e. Renames apps/console pages, components,
hooks, routes, dialogs, and tabs; the shared @probo/vendors package
(now @probo/third-parties); the @probo/ui Vendors atoms (now
ThirdParties, VendorLogo -> ThirdPartyLogo); the n8n community node
actions/vendor folder (now actions/thirdParty); and the e2e Go test
suite (console and MCP). Filesystem and URL paths use kebab-case
(third-parties), GraphQL fields and TypeScript identifiers use
camelCase (thirdParty / thirdParties), Go types use PascalCase
(ThirdParty), and human-facing text uses 'third party' with a space.
