Introduce Checkpoint, CheckpointStore, SuspendedError, AgentRegistry, and CompletedCall types. Add cooperative stop signal via context. Export CompletedCall (was unexported completedCall) so checkpoints can reference completed tool results. Add JSON tags to ToolResult and ApprovalResult for checkpoint serialization.
