Add CommonTrackerPatternID and ThirdPartyID to TrackerPattern,
CommonThirdPartyID to Vendor, InitiatorDomain to DetectedTracker.
Register CommonThirdPartyDomain (93) and CommonTrackerPattern (94)
entity types.
