Rename the compliancepage HTTP package to complianceportal and drop the slug-based id middleware. Compliance pages are now served exclusively over SNI-based custom-domain HTTPS, with the SNI middleware resolving the page by TLS server name and redirecting secondary domains to the canonical host.
