Address PR review feedback on the profile-state split: SAML sign-in now
activates a pending profile, deactivation counts owners against the
profile's own organization to close a last-owner bypass, the migration
leaves historical activated_at/deactivated_at NULL rather than
fabricating timestamps, and pending members are no longer rendered with
the deactivated (faded) styling.
Drop the single-value state filter in favor of the multi-value states
across the profile and signatory surfaces. Remove ProfileFilter.state
(only states[] remains) and convert the signatures profileState filter
to profileStates. Turn the console people filter, the CLI
"user list --state" flag, and the n8n listUsers and getAllSignatures
state inputs into multi-select controls, where an empty selection means
all states.

"Archive" was misleading for users: the action sets a profile to
DEACTIVATED while keeping the person in the organization. Rename it to
"deactivate" across the API, CLI, MCP, n8n, and console UI.
Consolidate the two overlapping operations into a single deactivateUser
backed by the fuller, guarded logic (SCIM guard, last-active-owner
guard, invitation expiry, signature cancellation, membership update,
webhook) and authorized via iam:membership-profile:deactivate. Remove
the archiveUser surface and the thin state-only deactivate path.

Replace the binary profile ACTIVE/INACTIVE model with PENDING, ACTIVE,
and DEACTIVATED so invited-but-not-yet-activated members remain
assignable to assets, data, and risks instead of being treated like
deactivated users.
Add activated_at/deactivated_at timestamps and Mark* lifecycle helpers,
and update every transition (create, invite/re-invite, activation,
archive, SCIM, SAML, sessions, compliance-portal grant) to the new
states. Expose a multi-state states[] filter across coredata, GraphQL,
MCP, and the console owner pickers, which now request ACTIVE and
PENDING members.
A migration renames the membership_state enum, classifies existing
inactive profiles as PENDING from recent invitation activity, and
backfills the new timestamp columns.

Guard the content field against empty strings so adding it in the UI
without a value no longer sends content: "" to the API, which is not
valid ProseMirror content. This matches the existing defaultApproverIds
guard.
Also expose title, classification, and document type on the update
operation. Like content, these edit the current draft version, creating
one from the latest published version when none exists.
Signed-off-by: Sacha Al Himdani <sacha@probo.com>
Remove the createDraftVersion document operation from the n8n node and
instead expose the document body on the update operation. Updating the
body edits the current draft version, or creates one from the latest
published version when none exists, so a dedicated draft-creation
operation is redundant.
Also correct the content field help text across the document
operations: the API expects a ProseMirror document JSON string, not
markdown.

Add a resource-oriented set of webhook events for the document
lifecycle. Each event carries the document plus only the sub-resource
it concerns (version, signature or approval).
Events:
- document.created / updated / archived / unarchived / deleted
- document.version.created / updated / published / rejected / deleted
- document.version.signature.requested / signed / cancelled
- document.version.approval.requested / approved / rejected / voided

The n8n package could already manage webhook subscriptions through API
CRUD, but had no way to start a workflow when Probo emitted an event. A
user had to drop in the generic Webhook node, create a subscription by
hand, and verify the HMAC signature themselves.
Add a ProboTrigger node that owns the subscription lifecycle: it creates
the subscription on activation pointing at n8n's generated webhook URL,
re-checks and re-registers it if the URL drifts, and deletes it on
deactivation. The webhook handler recomputes the HMAC-SHA256 over the raw
request body and compares it constant-time against the delivered
signature, failing closed when the bytes or headers are absent.
Drop the MEETING_* event choices from the webhook create and update
operations and the CLI event list. They are not part of the backend
WebhookEventType enum, so selecting them only produced API rejections.

The Organization "Get Many" operation listed all viewer profiles without
filtering by state, then selected each profile's nested organization field.
Inactive profiles (e.g. unaccepted invitations) have no active membership,
so the per-org iam:organization:get authorization check failed and the whole
operation errored.
Filter profiles to ACTIVE state, matching the `prb org list` CLI behavior, so
only organizations the identity is an active member of are fetched.

Bump @n8n/node-cli to 0.37.1 (the `^0.24.1` range was trapping it at
0.24.x), which pulls an updated toolchain and clears the eslint@8,
glob@7, inflight, rimraf@3, @humanwhocodes/*, node-domexception and
uuid@10 deprecation warnings at the source.
Add a glob override (^13.0.6) so rimraf@6 no longer pulls the
deprecated glob@11, and trim the overrides list down to the three that
actually do work (uuid, js-yaml, glob); the rest were redundant or dead.
npm audit reports 0 vulnerabilities.
The upgraded @n8n/eslint-plugin-community-nodes rules flagged two
pre-existing issues in the Probo node, now fixed: handle
continueOnFail() in execute() and throw NodeOperationError instead of

package is deprecated upstream and is a hard dependency of
@n8n/ai-utilities.

Replace the immediate per-document approval email and the manual
"send signing notifications" action with a single debounced worker that
batches pending requests per recipient and organization.
The worker (go.gearno.de/kit/worker) polls on an interval (default 5m)
and claims one (organization, recipient) group at a time, sending one
consolidated signing email and/or one approval email per recipient/org
that lists every document awaiting their signature or approval. The
claim is a conditional UPDATE that doubles as concurrency-safe dedup, so
several workers never email the same group twice.
Each request is notified once it has been pending past the debounce
delay (default 15m), then reminded at 1x, 2x and 3x the reminder
interval (default 1 day) after the previous email, after which it stops.
New last_notified_at and notification_count columns on signatures and
approval decisions drive the debounce, the widening reminder cadence and
the four-email cap.
Email copy lists each document with its title, type and a deep link to
the employee page. Removed the inline approval-on-publish email, the
SendSigningNotifications service method/mutation/MCP tool, its IAM action,
and the related console UI and n8n operation.

The publish flow ignored a document's stored default approvers and only
requested approval when approver_ids were passed in the call, so a major
publish with no approver_ids silently published directly without routing
through the approval flow — there was no way to tell "caller forgot
approvers" (null) from "caller wants no approval" (empty).
Make approver_ids an explicit choice, enforced once in the service so it
covers every caller (console, MCP, n8n):
- major publish: approver_ids must be set; an empty list publishes
directly, a non-empty list requests approval.
- minor publish: approver_ids must be omitted (approvers are ignored).
Validate this in PublishDocumentRequest.Validate(), update the console
publish dialog and the n8n publish node to honour the contract, document
it in the MCP tool spec, and cover it with e2e tests.

When IP geolocation does not resolve a country, or resolves one with no
known cookie-consent regulation (common on localhost and unmapped
regions), the banner previously fell back to OPT_OUT with no recorded
regulation. Apply GDPR (OPT_IN) as the safe default in that case so the
strictest consent model wins when origin is unknown.
To keep consent records auditable, stamp each one with a regulation
source of DETECTED (resolved from geolocation) or DEFAULT (fell back to
GDPR). The shared cookiebanner.ResolveRegulation helper centralizes the
decision for both the config and consent endpoints, and the new value is
exposed through GraphQL, MCP, the CLI, the n8n node, and the console
consent-records views.
