Add a many-to-many relationship between measures and third parties,
surfaced as a measures tab on the third party detail page and a third
parties tab on the measure detail page. Each side gets a paginated
list with a link/unlink dialog.
Also remove the right-hand drawer on the measure detail page and
expose the state as a badge in the page header, mirroring how the
compliance page surfaces its active flag.

Introduce a self-referential many-to-many relation table so a
third party can have child third parties. Each relation is
directional (parent to child); both directions can coexist as
independent rows.
Add a first_level boolean on third_parties (default true) with
a filter on the list page that defaults to showing only
first-level third parties.
Frontend adds a "Third Parties" tab on the detail page where
users can link existing third parties or create new ones from
the common third party catalog (created as non-first-level).
The list page gets a First Level/All toggle filter.

The previous cleanup deleted every isExtensionCaller() site, including
the one in cookie/storage detectors that did fire reliably for the
residual case: page-world extensions (MV3 main world, userscripts with
@grant none) whose stack contains a chrome-/moz-/safari-web-extension
frame at the synchronous write. Recover that signal for free by
returning fromExtension from getInitiatorURL (it already walks the
stack and discards extension frames via continue), and have the cookie
and storage detectors report source: "extension" instead of "script"
when the flag is set.
End-to-end plumbing reuses the existing source column: extend the
cookie_source Postgres enum with EXTENSION, add the CookieSourceExtension
constant with a doc block describing each bucket's actual semantics,
add the handler.go switch cases, expose EXTENSION on the GraphQL and
MCP CookieSource enums, and add the Extension option to the console
source filter.
Update bestSource in the pattern analysis worker so a glob merging
only extension-attributed exact patterns is no longer silently rolled
up to PRE_EXISTING. New precedence is SCRIPT > EXTENSION > PRE_EXISTING,
matching the upsert SQL's "page-script wins" rule and the asymmetric
signal strength of each bucket.
Out of scope: any behavioural use of EXTENSION (auto-exclusion,
denylist classification, dashboard surfacing) -- that belongs in the
follow-up backend denylist plan.

Add authz.NewBatchAuthorizeFunc — the batch counterpart to the
existing AuthorizeFunc — together with WithBatchAttr,
WithBatchSkipAssumptionCheck, and WithBatchDryRun options. It maps the
new batch errors (mixed organization, empty batch, unsupported
resource type) to GraphQL Invalid responses, and reuses the existing
mappings for ErrAssumptionRequired / ErrInsufficientPermissions /
ErrResourceNotFound.
Plumb the new function into the Connect and Console resolvers and add
Resolver.AuthorizeBatch to the MCP resolver with equivalent error
mapping for tool callers.

The badge on a document version showed signatures filtered by
activeContract: true, while the signatures tab fetched signatures with
no filter and listed people filtered by contractEnded: false and
state: ACTIVE. The two views disagreed both when a signer's contract had
ended and when a signer was deactivated while still under contract.
Add a state: ProfileState field to DocumentVersionSignatureFilter
alongside the existing activeContract filter, so the signature query
can mirror the same predicates as the people query. Pass
{ activeContract: true, state: ACTIVE } from the badge, the document
list item, and the signatures tab fragment. The same filter is now
evaluated on both the count and the list.
Threaded through the console and MCP resolvers, the MCP spec, and the
n8n getAllSignatures operation.

Replace duplicated LoadConsentCategoriesByCookieBannerID,
CountConsentCategoriesByCookieBannerID, and
LoadAllConsentCategoriesByCookieBannerID with a single
CookieCategoryFilter in pkg/coredata. The filter uses the
standard CASE WHEN idiom to optionally exclude a kind,
eliminating branching in the service layer.

Deleting a membership profile referenced by other tables (owner,
approver, assignee, etc.) surfaced as a generic Internal error.
Detect the Postgres FK violation (23503) in the coredata Delete,
return ErrResourceInUse, and map it to CONFLICT in the GraphQL
and MCP resolvers so the client sees an actionable error.

Renames the user-facing 'vendor' concept to 'third party' across the
entire codebase. The shared common_third_parties reference table is
unchanged.
Migration. Renames the vendor_category enum, the vendors and
vendor_<entity> tables (contacts, services, compliance_reports,
business_associate_agreements, data_privacy_agreements,
risk_assessments) and their vendor_id columns, the asset_vendors /
data_vendors / processing_activity_vendors junction tables,
generated_documents.vendors_document_id, the webhook_event_type
'vendor:<verb>' values, and the snapshots_type 'VENDORS' value.
Backend. Renames coredata models and SQL queries, probo services,
GraphQL / MCP API surface, console / trust / webhook resolvers and
types, the CLI (prb vendor* -> prb third-party*; pkg/cmd/vendormgmt
-> pkg/cmd/thirdpartymgmt), the document generator, vetting agent
prompts, and the common-third-parties-import command.
Frontend, packages, n8n, e2e. Renames apps/console pages, components,
hooks, routes, dialogs, and tabs; the shared @probo/vendors package
(now @probo/third-parties); the @probo/ui Vendors atoms (now
ThirdParties, VendorLogo -> ThirdPartyLogo); the n8n community node
actions/vendor folder (now actions/thirdParty); and the e2e Go test
suite (console and MCP). Filesystem and URL paths use kebab-case
(third-parties), GraphQL fields and TypeScript identifiers use
camelCase (thirdParty / thirdParties), Go types use PascalCase
(ThirdParty), and human-facing text uses 'third party' with a space.

The consent mode is now determined dynamically by the visitor's
country and its applicable regulation. The configured consent_mode
column is dropped from cookie_banners and added to
cookie_consent_records to persist the geo-derived mode at
consent-recording time. When no regulation matches, the default
is OPT_OUT.

A registered service worker is a URL-shaped artifact (origin+path of
the worker script), so it goes in tracker_resources as a new
SERVICE_WORKER resource type. A Cache Storage bucket is an opaque
named string with no URL, so it goes in detected_trackers as a new
CACHE_STORAGE tracker type.
Frontend:
- StorageDetector wraps caches.open() and enumerates caches.keys()
on start to surface pre-existing buckets that pre-date the SDK
load (service workers commonly populate caches eagerly on
install).
- ThirdPartyDetector wraps navigator.serviceWorker.register() and
enumerates getRegistrations() on start.
Both wrappers degrade silently on insecure contexts where these APIs
are unavailable.

ThirdPartyDetector previously only saw <script src> and <iframe src>
because it scanned the DOM and watched mutations. Add a single
PerformanceObserver({type:'resource', buffered:true}) that picks up
everything the browser actually loaded:
- tracking pixels (<img>, <picture>, srcset)
- cross-origin stylesheets and web fonts
- fetch / XHR / sendBeacon / ping calls (SDK call-homes)
- video, audio, embed, object media
initiatorType is mapped to six new tracker_resource_type enum values
(IMAGE, STYLESHEET, FONT, BEACON, FETCH, MEDIA) and the existing
upsert path in tracker_resources picks them up unchanged.
Closes a real gap with headless cookie scanners: most SDKs phone home
via beacons after their script is gone, and the DOM scan never saw it.

The displayName field was always predictable from pattern + matchType
and allowing edits added unnecessary complexity. Remove displayName
from UpdateTrackerPatternInput across all surfaces (GraphQL, MCP, CLI,
n8n) and make the frontend show it as non-editable text.

Generated documents (asset list, risk register, SoA, ...) previously
only ever produced a new major version. Every regeneration of an
auto-built register consumed a major number, even when the change was
trivial. They now accept a minor flag and publish as
currentMajor.currentMinor+1 when set, bypassing the approval flow.
To carry the flag through cleanly, the document publish API was
refactored. The three split mutations (publishMajor, publishMinor,
requestDocumentVersionApproval) and the two bulk variants collapse
into a single publishDocument / bulkPublishDocuments, both taking the
new minor: Boolean! and a now-required changelog: String!. The same
shape flows through the CLI ("prb document publish --minor"), the MCP
tool, the n8n operations, and the Relay dialogs, where each
generated-doc dialog gains a "Publish as minor" button. Publishing
minor without an existing major is rejected with
ErrCannotPublishMinorWithoutMajor.
This is a deliberate breaking change for callers of the prior
mutations.

Delete coredata.CookiePattern and all associated CRUD methods,
rename shared types (CookiePatternOrderField, CookiePatternFilter,
CookiePatternMatchType) to TrackerPattern equivalents, and migrate
all API surfaces (GraphQL, MCP, CLI, n8n) to tracker_pattern naming.
The worker was already migrated in the base branch; this commit
completes the removal by dropping the old GraphQL schema/resolvers,
service methods, CLI commands, and n8n operations that operated on
the legacy cookie_patterns table.

The go-sdk v1.6.0 release no longer applies a default
CrossOriginProtection when the field is nil in StreamableHTTPOptions,
silently removing Origin header verification. Wrap the streamable
handler with http.NewCrossOriginProtection().Handler(...) (the
recommended replacement, since the SDK field is deprecated).
Also regenerate gqlgen resolvers to track v0.17.90.

equivalent MCP tools so MCP clients can manage SCIM
provisioning: get/create/delete configuration, regenerate
token, get/update bridge, and list events.

Replace the old snapshot-based system for risks with the publish
document system, mirroring the prior vendor / processing activity / DPIA
/ TIA migration. Includes the GraphQL mutation, MCP tool, CLI command,
n8n operation, frontend publish dialog, e2e tests, and a prosemirror
register template covering name, description, category, treatment,
owner, inherent and residual scoring, and notes.
The risk register lives as a generated DocumentTypeRegister document on
the organization, reused across publishes (the major version bumps on
every republish). Approvers can be passed in to create a draft pending
approval; otherwise the version is published immediately. The frontend
Risks page exposes a Publish button and a Document link button when the
document exists, and pre-fills the previous default approvers.
Risks was the last remaining snapshot type, so this commit also removes
the entire snapshot system: drop snapshotId from the Risk GraphQL type
and RiskFilter; remove RiskSnapshotter, Risks.Snapshot,
InsertRiskSnapshots, and the SnapshotID/SourceID fields on Risk; delete
Snapshot, ControlSnapshot, SnapshotsType, SnapshotOrderField,
Snapshottable, the SnapshotService, the Snapshot console resolvers and
GraphQL schema, the Snapshot MCP types and operations
(list/get/take/listControlSnapshots), the snapshot CLI (prb snapshot),
the snapshot frontend pages, routes, banner, LinkedSnapshotsCard,
SnapshotGraph, snapshot helpers, and the snapshot n8n resource and
control link/unlink snapshot operations. The snapshot_id columns remain
in the database but are now filtered out with snapshot_id IS NULL.
Add Get/Upsert/Clear GeneratedDocumentID methods on Risk backed by a new
risks_document_id column on generated_documents, matching the
ProcessingActivity/Finding/Vendor pattern. The migration command
migrate-risk-snapshots-to-documents uses raw SQL queries instead of the
Go snapshot types, since those are gone.

Add the profile state attribute (ACTIVE/INACTIVE) to the MCP
Profile schema so listUsers and getUser tools expose it, and
add a state filter to listUsers.
Rename excludeContractEnded to contractEnded across the entire
stack (MCP, GraphQL, CLI, frontend). The new boolean is two-way:
true returns only users with ended contracts, false returns only
users with active or no contract, and null returns all.

Drop the boolean implemented/not-implemented state in favor of a
mandatory CMMI maturity level enum (NONE, INITIAL, MANAGED, DEFINED,
QUANTITATIVELY_MANAGED, OPTIMIZING) stored as a Postgres enum type.
The migration backfills existing rows (NOT_IMPLEMENTED → NONE,
IMPLEMENTED → INITIAL), makes the column NOT NULL, and drops the old
implemented column and its enum type.
- maturityLevel is required on CreateControlInput and non-nullable (!)
in the GraphQL schema
- CLI displays human-readable CMMI labels instead of raw enum tokens
- SOA table and published document use a single Maturity column in
place of the old Implemented + Maturity columns
- Remove ControlImplementationState type and all implemented references
across backend, frontend, CLI, MCP, n8n, and E2E tests

Adds an optional CMMI 0-5 maturity level field to Control to support
ISO 27001 clause 9.1 effectiveness measurement and HITRUST CSF maturity
requirements. The field is nullable, framework-agnostic, and exposed
across all four API surfaces (GraphQL, MCP, CLI, n8n) plus the
generated SoA document.
