Trust GraphQL and MCP still exposed presigned URL strings for
trust-center logos while console and connect already serve stable
File.downloadUrl paths. Phase 1 migrates the seven public logo
fields on trust GraphQL and the trust-center file references on MCP
to the shared File type; trust GraphQL NDA stays on fileUrl for a
follow-up.
Trust resolvers load public files through filemanager and map them
with types.NewFile. The trust app Relay queries and components now
read logo.downloadUrl. MCP specification, resolvers, and helpers
are updated in sync, including NDA on MCP where callers already
have file access.
filemanager is split into focused files and its URL surface is
narrowed to GenerateFileURL(file) for stable app URLs and
GeneratePresignedURL for S3 redirects. GetPublicFile remains the
DB entry point when only a file ID is known.
Add trust and MCP e2e coverage for public logo download URLs.

Instead of a toast, expired magic link tokens now return a TOKEN_EXPIRED
GraphQL error code and redirect users to a dedicated /magic-link-expired
page with a clear CTA to request a new link.

CommonThirdParty.logoUrl and TrustCenterReference.logoUrl were
returning expiring S3 presigned URLs, which break if cached or
shared past their TTL.
Replace with stable /api/files/v1/{id} application URLs.
file.Service now generates these via baseurl; a new filesign
package owns presigning for the files/v1 HTTP handler that
does the internal redirect.

Allow vendor country selections to use a Global region alongside
existing country and EU values. The new value is accepted by backend
country-code validation, exposed through GraphQL and MCP schemas, and
shown in the shared country picker label set.

Apply five style rules: convert iota string enums to typed
string constants, replace errors.As with errors.AsType,
merge three-group imports into two groups, fix multiline
parameter/argument formatting, and replace fmt.Sprintf URL

Renames the user-facing 'vendor' concept to 'third party' across the
entire codebase. The shared common_third_parties reference table is
unchanged.
Migration. Renames the vendor_category enum, the vendors and
vendor_<entity> tables (contacts, services, compliance_reports,
business_associate_agreements, data_privacy_agreements,
risk_assessments) and their vendor_id columns, the asset_vendors /
data_vendors / processing_activity_vendors junction tables,
generated_documents.vendors_document_id, the webhook_event_type
'vendor:<verb>' values, and the snapshots_type 'VENDORS' value.
Backend. Renames coredata models and SQL queries, probo services,
GraphQL / MCP API surface, console / trust / webhook resolvers and
types, the CLI (prb vendor* -> prb third-party*; pkg/cmd/vendormgmt
-> pkg/cmd/thirdpartymgmt), the document generator, vetting agent
prompts, and the common-third-parties-import command.
Frontend, packages, n8n, e2e. Renames apps/console pages, components,
hooks, routes, dialogs, and tabs; the shared @probo/vendors package
(now @probo/third-parties); the @probo/ui Vendors atoms (now
ThirdParties, VendorLogo -> ThirdPartyLogo); the n8n community node
actions/vendor folder (now actions/thirdParty); and the e2e Go test
suite (console and MCP). Filesystem and URL paths use kebab-case
(third-parties), GraphQL fields and TypeScript identifiers use
camelCase (thirdParty / thirdParties), Go types use PascalCase
(ThirdParty), and human-facing text uses 'third party' with a space.

The go-sdk v1.6.0 release no longer applies a default
CrossOriginProtection when the field is nil in StreamableHTTPOptions,
silently removing Origin header verification. Wrap the streamable
handler with http.NewCrossOriginProtection().Handler(...) (the
recommended replacement, since the SDK field is deprecated).
Also regenerate gqlgen resolvers to track v0.17.90.

Statements of Applicability are no longer exported as one-off PDFs.
Instead, each SOA owns a persistent document that accumulates versions
over time, following the same publish/approve lifecycle as authored
documents.
Publishing without approvers publishes immediately; publishing with
approvers creates a draft pending approval via the existing quorum
system. SOAs can also store default approvers that are pre-populated in
the publish dialog.
The SOA is removed from the snapshot system — applicability statements
are now queried directly (snapshot_id IS NULL) rather than through
snapshot copies.
A standalone migration script (cmd/migrate-soa-snapshots-to-documents)
converts existing SOA snapshots into documents with proper ProseMirror
content, preserving version history and approval decisions.

Merge type-only schema files (country_code.graphql, pagination.graphql,
identity.graphql) back into base.graphql for both trust/v1 and console/v1.
These standalone files had no corresponding _resolvers.go files, causing
gqlgen v0.17.87's Rewriter.getSource() to panic with 'slice bounds out
of range' when running go generate. By consolidating them into
base.graphql (which already has base_resolvers.go), gqlgen can process
the schema without needing separate resolver files for pure-type
definitions.
Move OIDCProviderInfo type into base.graphql alongside its query field
in both connect and trust APIs, removing orphan oidc.graphql files.
Split connect profile.graphql into three domain files: profile (with
user mutations), membership, and invitation.

Move Identity, Organization, Viewer, PageInfo, OrderDirection,
CountryCode, OIDCProviderInfo, File, and ReauthenticationReason out
of base.graphql into their own dedicated files across all three APIs.
base.graphql now only contains directives, scalars, Node interface,
Query type, and an empty Mutation type (required by Relay
schemaExtensions). Entity files use extend type Mutation for their
mutations.

Move Organization, Identity, TrustCenter, and Viewer definitions to
include all their connection fields directly, removing all extend type
blocks for these hub types from entity files.
This eliminates the Relay schemaExtensions constraint where extend type
could only target types defined in the main schema file. Entity files
now only define their own standalone types and extend type Mutation.

The session-transfer route was registered before the session and member
provisioning middlewares, causing chi to panic with "all middlewares must
be defined before routes on a mux". Scope the middlewares to the graphql
route using r.Group so session-transfer remains unauthenticated.

The session transfer handler was blindly redirecting to the continue URL
from the signed token. Use saferedirect with a trust center domain check
to prevent open redirects, and only trigger session transfer for known
trust center custom domains instead of any non-base-URL host.

After OIDC login, if the redirect targets a trust center custom
domain, the callback now redirects through a session-transfer
endpoint on that domain. The endpoint verifies an HMAC-signed,
time-limited token and sets the session cookie on the custom
domain before redirecting to the final URL.
The continue URL is bound into the signed token payload to
prevent open-redirect attacks via parameter tampering.

Add ISC license headers to all .go, .ts, .tsx, and .sql files
using each file's git history to determine the correct copyright

SafeRedirect previously matched against a single static host string,
so OIDC callbacks always fell back to the console instead of
redirecting back to compliance pages on custom domains. Refactor
AllowedHost into a dynamic AllowedHostFunc and wire a trust-service
lookup into the connect handler so custom domain hosts are accepted.

When a magic link token expires, the user now sees a specific
error message ("This magic link has expired. Please request a
new one.") instead of the generic "Failed to connect" error.
This adds ErrExpiredToken to the IAM error types, checks for
statelesstoken.ErrExpiredToken in both GetMagicLinkEmail and
OpenSessionWithMagicLink, and handles it in the trust resolver
and frontend.

Add Google and Microsoft sign-in buttons to the trust center connect
page, matching the console sign-in experience. The backend OIDC flow
already supports flexible continue URLs, so only the GraphQL schema
and frontend needed changes.

The export endpoint was hardcoding application/pdf for all trust center
files. Now the real MIME type from the stored file metadata is threaded
through the service layer and returned as a data URI, so non-PDF files
are handled correctly on the frontend. Watermarking is only applied when
the file is actually a PDF.

Documents can be archived and unarchived. Archived documents are
read-only, excluded from the trust center, and moved to a dedicated
Archived tab in the document list.
- Add archived_at timestamp and status (ACTIVE/ARCHIVED) PG enum column

All panic(fmt.Errorf(...)) calls in the console and trust center
GraphQL resolvers are replaced with structured error logging via
r.logger.ErrorCtx and gqlutils.Internal(ctx) returns.
Mutation resolvers for Create, Update, Upload, Import, and Assess
operations now check for validator.ValidationErrors before returning
an internal error, surfacing field-level INVALID errors to clients
via gqlutils.InvalidValidationErrors.

Move document download/view to a dedicated viewer page with PDF preview,
access request flow, and a proper 404 error boundary when documents are
not found. The backend now returns NOT_FOUND instead of INTERNAL for
missing documents and reports.
