Trust GraphQL and MCP still exposed presigned URL strings for
trust-center logos while console and connect already serve stable
File.downloadUrl paths. Phase 1 migrates the seven public logo
fields on trust GraphQL and the trust-center file references on MCP
to the shared File type; trust GraphQL NDA stays on fileUrl for a
follow-up.
Trust resolvers load public files through filemanager and map them
with types.NewFile. The trust app Relay queries and components now
read logo.downloadUrl. MCP specification, resolvers, and helpers
are updated in sync, including NDA on MCP where callers already
have file access.
filemanager is split into focused files and its URL surface is
narrowed to GenerateFileURL(file) for stable app URLs and
GeneratePresignedURL for S3 redirects. GetPublicFile remains the
DB entry point when only a file ID is known.
Add trust and MCP e2e coverage for public logo download URLs.

Generated documents (asset list, risk register, SoA, ...) previously
only ever produced a new major version. Every regeneration of an
auto-built register consumed a major number, even when the change was
trivial. They now accept a minor flag and publish as
currentMajor.currentMinor+1 when set, bypassing the approval flow.
To carry the flag through cleanly, the document publish API was
refactored. The three split mutations (publishMajor, publishMinor,
requestDocumentVersionApproval) and the two bulk variants collapse
into a single publishDocument / bulkPublishDocuments, both taking the
new minor: Boolean! and a now-required changelog: String!. The same
shape flows through the CLI ("prb document publish --minor"), the MCP
tool, the n8n operations, and the Relay dialogs, where each
generated-doc dialog gains a "Publish as minor" button. Publishing
minor without an existing major is rejected with
ErrCannotPublishMinorWithoutMajor.
This is a deliberate breaking change for callers of the prior
mutations.

The go-sdk v1.6.0 release no longer applies a default
CrossOriginProtection when the field is nil in StreamableHTTPOptions,
silently removing Origin header verification. Wrap the streamable
handler with http.NewCrossOriginProtection().Handler(...) (the
recommended replacement, since the SDK field is deprecated).
Also regenerate gqlgen resolvers to track v0.17.90.

Replace the old snapshot-based approach with the new publish document
system for findings and obligations. Includes GraphQL mutations, MCP
tools, CLI commands, e2e tests, frontend publish dialogs, and
snapshot-to-document migration tools.
Remove snapshot mode entirely from findings and obligations: drop
snapshotId from GraphQL schemas, filters, resolvers, MCP spec, frontend
routes, pages, and helpers. The snapshot_id column remains in the
database but is now filtered out with snapshot_id IS NULL.
Remove auditor's ability to publish SoA.
