The source headers, LICENSE files, and license metadata had drifted
apart. Align the entire project to MIT:
- Convert every source-file header to the MIT text across all comment
styles (Go, TS, TSX, JS, MJS, SQL, CSS, GraphQL, shell), including
SPDX-License-Identifier tags
- Set the root and cookie-banner LICENSE files to the MIT text with a
"MIT License" title line
- Switch the package.json license fields, Docker image label, and
cookie-banner README to MIT
- Update docs and the genmodels header generator accordingly
- Normalize copyright lines to a single format
(Copyright (c) <year(s)> Probo Inc <hello@probo.com>.): unify the
hello@getprobo.com and hello@probo.inc emails to hello@probo.com and
the comma-separated years to a hyphenated range
Genuine third-party references are intentionally left untouched: the
Lucide icon attributions (Lucide is ISC) and the trivy dependency
license allowlist.

Make common_tracker_patterns and common_third_parties share one
enrichment-tracking model and fix the misleading proboctl status.
Both tables now carry the enrichment JSONB provenance payload, an
enrichment_attempts counter, and a last_enrichment_attempt_at clock.
On common_tracker_patterns the enriched_at done-flag is renamed to
last_enrichment_attempt_at and stamped at claim time, so it is truthful
to "attempt" rather than "success". A row is considered to have been
through the workflow when it carries an enrichment payload, not when a
timestamp is set, which lets stale recovery key off the payload being
absent with budget remaining, exactly like common_third_parties.
The claim path reads the attempt counter and timestamp back via
RETURNING so the in-memory receiver matches the database clock instead
of a separate app-side time.Now.
The enricher builds a per-field provenance payload (description and
third-party outcomes plus the mapping attribution) and persists it via
UpdateEnrichment, named to mirror the common-third-party sibling. The
common pattern enrichment worker gains a max-attempts ceiling so a
permanently failing row stops looping.
proboctl now shows "enriched" only when every field the last run
recorded an outcome for resolved a value, otherwise "partial (X/Y)",
replacing the misleading "enriched (no description)" label.

Add `proboctl common-third-party reenrich` to re-arm the async
enrichment worker for selected catalog rows, and `stats` to summarize
the catalog by enrichment state and last run status. Rows are selected
verbatim via --id/--slug or across the catalog via
--category/--keyword/--state/--status, gated by --dry-run and --yes.
Extend `list` with --state/--status filters and STATE/STATUS columns,
and `show` with enrichment state, attempts, last run status, error,
per-field provenance, and discovered domains.
Back these with CommonThirdPartyFilter state/status/IDs filters plus
CommonThirdParties.LoadAllIDs and RequestEnrichmentByIDs. The latter
stamps enrichment_requested_at and resets the attempt counter while
preserving the existing payload, so the worker merge keeps curated and
human-edited provenance.
Also simplify exactLabelMatch to use slices.Contains.

Introduce a poll-based worker that fills the global common_third_parties
catalog (URLs, headquarter address, legal name, certifications, logo)
so each tenant no longer starts from sparse, name-only rows. Enrichment
is requested at row creation by ResolveOrCreateCommonThirdParty; curated
seed rows are not enqueued, to avoid a re-seed storm.
The pipeline uses two specialized agents plus a deterministic logo step.
Agent A (company profile) resolves legal name, headquarter address, and
the canonical website over web search; its website and legal name feed
Agent B and the logo step. Agent B (compliance docs) resolves the legal
document URLs, trust/security/status pages, and certifications using the
browser read-only toolset (gated on ChromeDPAddr) plus web search. The
logo step restores pkg/webinspect as a pure deterministic package and
stores the discovered icon in S3, linked via logo_file_id.
Each agent returns per-field value/confidence/source_url. The worker
writes a column only when confidence clears a configurable threshold and
the field is not externally owned (seed or human), and always records
full per-field provenance in a new enrichment JSONB column so re-runs
fill only gaps and human edits are never clobbered. New bookkeeping
columns (enrichment_requested_at, enrichment, enrichment_attempts) back
the claim queue and stale recovery; agents run outside transactions and
results persist in one final transaction.
The worker is opt-in: it no-ops unless its agent provider is configured.

Introduce an API-style data layer for the global common tracker pattern
and common third party catalogs: typed filters, order fields, CursorKey,
cursor-paginated Load and CountAll, plus by-id enrichment re-queue and a
scoped reset/remap helper for a banner's tracker patterns. These reuse
the same page.Cursor/filter/order types the GraphQL API consumes, so a
future proboctl API can back them unchanged.
Extract the common-pattern enrichment logic out of the worker into a
CommonPatternEnricher service so it can run either from the background
queue or synchronously over a known set of ids; the worker becomes a
thin poller that delegates to it.
Extract the LLM client and tracker-agents config wiring into
pkg/agentsbuild so probod and other binaries build agents identically;
probod now delegates to it.

Surface the third-party links carried by tracker patterns (org-scoped
ThirdParty via third_party_id, or global CommonThirdParty via
common_tracker_pattern_id) requires three new batch loaders and two
filter dimensions, all kept inside their owning entity tables to honour
the no-cross-entity-JOIN rule.
* CommonTrackerPatterns gains LoadByIDs and the ID-only
LoadIDsByCommonThirdPartyID helper, which lets callers translate a
common third party into a set of common_tracker_pattern_id values
without ever JOINing against tracker_patterns.
* CommonThirdParties gains LoadByIDs.
* TrackerPatterns gains LoadDistinctThirdPartyIDsByCookieBannerID and
LoadDistinctCommonTrackerPatternIDsByCookieBannerID, used by the
upcoming CookieBanner.linkedThirdParties resolver to enumerate the
third parties referenced in a banner.
* TrackerPatternFilter gains thirdPartyID and commonTrackerPatternIDs
filter dimensions; the GraphQL layer will dispatch a single
thirdPartyId argument to the right one based on the GID entity-type
prefix.
Service-layer wrappers (cookiebanner.GetCommonTrackerPatternsByIDs,
cookiebanner.LoadCommonTrackerPatternIDsByCommonThirdPartyID,
cookiebanner.LoadDistinctThirdPartyIDsByCookieBannerID,
cookiebanner.LoadDistinctCommonTrackerPatternIDsByCookieBannerID, and
thirdparty.GetCommonThirdPartiesByIDs) expose the new loaders to the
console resolvers and dataloaders that follow.

CommonThirdParty.AuthorizationAttributes returned an empty map, but
the IAM authorizer requires an entry for every requested resource ID
and treats missing entries as ErrResourceNotFound. With the new
authorize() guard on commonThirdPartyResolver.LogoURL, this surfaced
as "commonThirdParties[*].logoUrl resource not found" from the
CommonThirdPartyComboboxQuery.
Switch AuthorizationAttributes to a SELECT-by-id existence check that
returns an empty attributes map for each row that exists. The catalog
is global with no organization, so omitting organization_id is the
intended shape: the authorizer then loads no membership, evaluates
only identity-scoped policies (CommonThirdPartyCatalogPolicy grants
access), and skips audit logging.
Add an e2e regression test that seeds a CommonThirdParty directly via
the test database and asserts the GraphQL logoUrl path resolves
without error.

Audited pkg/server/api/console/v1 for resolvers that touched tenant
data without calling r.authorize, batchAuthorize, or Permission. Closed
every gap so every data-bearing field goes through IAM (and produces an
audit log entry when an organization_id is present).
* High-severity reads now authorize: accessSourceResolver.Connector and
ConnectionStatus, controlResolver.Regulatory/Contractual/RiskAssessment,
electronicSignatureResolver.CertificateFileURL/Events,
commonThirdPartyResolver.LogoURL, and the proper
accessSourceResolver/accessReviewCampaignResolver/auditLogEntryResolver
Organization resolvers (authorize + dataloader load, fixing the latent
empty-name bug from the previous force-resolver no-op implementations).
* TotalCount/DetectedCount aggregates now authorize the matching list
action across access review, audit log, statement of applicability,
detected tracker, tracker pattern, and tracker resource connections.
* queryResolver.CommonThirdParties authorizes against the principal's
identity via the new identity-scoped CommonThirdPartyCatalogPolicy.
* Add ActionCommonThirdPartyGet/List, ActionElectronicSignatureGet probo
action constants; wire ActionElectronicSignatureGet into ViewerPolicy
and AuditorPolicy.
* Implement AuthorizationAttributes on CommonThirdParty (no org) and
ElectronicSignature (organization_id) so the authorizer can resolve
attributes for the new actions.
* Delete the dead "type AccessReview" GraphQL type (no Go constructor,
no frontend reference) and drop its orphan resolver bundle.

Upsert methods now RETURNING all struct columns and scan the result
back into the pointer receiver, keeping the caller in sync with the
actual DB state (id, created_at, etc. from the existing row on
conflict). Insert detection compares the saved original ID with the
returned ID instead of relying on the PostgreSQL-internal xmax column.

Generate the category list from coredata.ThirdPartyCategories() at
runtime instead of hardcoding it in the prompt text. Type the
TrackerIdentification.Category field as coredata.ThirdPartyCategory so
JSON unmarshaling validates values automatically.

Add a slug column to common_third_parties for stable cross-source
deduplication. The OCD tracker patterns importer now resolves third
parties via a three-step cascade (slug lookup, domain fallback,
auto-create) instead of silently dropping unmatched links.

Renames the user-facing 'vendor' concept to 'third party' across the
entire codebase. The shared common_third_parties reference table is
unchanged.
Migration. Renames the vendor_category enum, the vendors and
vendor_<entity> tables (contacts, services, compliance_reports,
business_associate_agreements, data_privacy_agreements,
risk_assessments) and their vendor_id columns, the asset_vendors /
data_vendors / processing_activity_vendors junction tables,
generated_documents.vendors_document_id, the webhook_event_type
'vendor:<verb>' values, and the snapshots_type 'VENDORS' value.
Backend. Renames coredata models and SQL queries, probo services,
GraphQL / MCP API surface, console / trust / webhook resolvers and
types, the CLI (prb vendor* -> prb third-party*; pkg/cmd/vendormgmt
-> pkg/cmd/thirdpartymgmt), the document generator, vetting agent
prompts, and the common-third-parties-import command.
Frontend, packages, n8n, e2e. Renames apps/console pages, components,
hooks, routes, dialogs, and tabs; the shared @probo/vendors package
(now @probo/third-parties); the @probo/ui Vendors atoms (now
ThirdParties, VendorLogo -> ThirdPartyLogo); the n8n community node
actions/vendor folder (now actions/thirdParty); and the e2e Go test
suite (console and MCP). Filesystem and URL paths use kebab-case
(third-parties), GraphQL fields and TypeScript identifiers use
camelCase (thirdParty / thirdParties), Go types use PascalCase
(ThirdParty), and human-facing text uses 'third party' with a space.

The CreateVendorDialog previously loaded the entire @probo/vendors
JSON bundle client-side and used MiniSearch for fuzzy search. This
replaces it with a GraphQL query against the common_third_parties
database table, searched server-side via ILIKE filtering.
Backend: adds CommonThirdParty GraphQL type, a pkg/thirdparty
service, and a commonThirdParties(name) root query. Frontend:
splits into CommonThirdPartyCombobox (display) and an @inline
fragment read on selection via readInlineData.

Introduce a globally-shared, non-tenant-scoped common_third_parties
table that mirrors the public subset of vendor metadata, plus a
one-shot cmd/common-third-parties-import CLI that seeds it from
packages/vendors/data.json. The catalog will back future flows (e.g.
vendor autocomplete) so each tenant no longer needs to duplicate the
same baseline data.
The importer is idempotent via ON CONFLICT (lower(name)) DO UPDATE
and prints inserted/updated counts. GIDs use gid.NilTenant since the
table is not tenant-scoped; uniqueness still comes from the entity
type plus 14 bytes of timestamp/random suffix.
