Fix VCR cassette URLs after url.JoinPath refactor

The Sentry and Asana cassettes still had URLs from the old
fmt.Sprintf construction. Update them to match the output of
url.JoinPath / url.Values (no trailing slash, alphabetical
query params, percent-encoded comma).
