ui: stop importing phosphor icons with bare-name aliases

Add a rule to contrib/claude/ui.md requiring the Icon-suffixed exports
(e.g. EyeIcon) instead of aliased bare names (Eye as IconEye), and fix
TrackerResourceRow to follow it.
